Grinding/buzzing at certain rpm and when pressing gas pedal

Hi.

I own a 2000 EJ9 1.4s and I recently started hearing this grinding/buzzing sound in second gear at around 5k rpms and then a bit higher up again. I also get some buzzing when pressing the gas pedal, but it's not as noticeable. Just before I started hearing the grinding I had stalled in second gear while stopping at the side of the road, but I'm pretty sure I had heard the buzzing while accelerating before that.

Any ideas?

Sorry about the obnoxious muffler delete lol... But yeah, it starts around 5.5k rpms and is quite noticeable on vid.
