ok so heres my problem im super determind to make my 91 Honda civic ef si hatchback completely nasty compared to an ex. considering he wants to race when its done for pinks. now he has a h23 swap. so I was thinking of doing the same swap and boosting it considering hes driving a 94 Honda accord coupe. so mine would be so much lighter and better. so im here to ask would a boosted h seris be worth it if not what kind of swap besides the k seris..

honestly my bad for spelling.

but anyways its best to answer my question by facebook..

H-series is a damn heavy motor, but it makes up for it in torque, you can boost a H, but you would need to put in sleeves so it wouldn't melt the walls. H are known for practically liquefying the walls under boost! they are a good motor none the less, I wouldn't suggest K because it is costly, also because it's a lever operated transmission versus a cable one! and ALOT of mods would need to be done! so basically I would recommend a B series, turboed if you please, better for your money, and better given your situation!
