anyway, my civic is totalled - insertsuperwhinyvoicehere - and i'm looking at this 4th gen prelude. the stock motor's been swapped to an h22..
... and it hasn't been smogged since the swap. so, i'm curious if anyone knows if the swap itself will make it fail nazi california smog or not. aaaaaaaaaand if any inspection, aside from what's done during smog, will have to take place. i.e., the state ref.
i figure it's a long shot to ask here, but... why not?
