I'm buying an H22A swap (engine & transmission) for my ef hatch. has anybody tried this? i know i have to buy motor/tranny mounts and axles, but will it fit? If someone already has it, how's the torque & horsepower vs weight of the car? any pros, cons?

H22's have been dropped into EF's for well over a decade man (Going on 2!). Believe me, there's nothing new you can do with your Honda that hasn't already been done. Bad news if you want to be unique, good news if you want to follow a path already laid out for you. Google search EF H22 swap and you'll find thousands of examples and "How to" write ups. Good luck and post pics of progress! :thumbs up

Isnt the H22 much taller than a b series? Maybe the mounts lower it but then you have ground clearance issues.

Moral of the story, go K swap (EF) like me or get T boned by drunks. Hard to argue with that picture posted above. Proof!
