Yeah I'm 19 today. My parents said they will buy me coilovers for my birthday. Since nothing is open (because of the holiday) I am going tomorrow to pick what I want. I'm thinking Skunk2 coils. If I put on 15 or 16 inch wheels (I'm thinking the 99-00 Si 15" wheels) how low should I drop my car? I'm thinking an inch and a half maybe 2. What do you guys think?

Skunk2 coils for the lose.

*BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING*

All day long.

If you want a dump, but don't want bouncy, get some H&R Sport Special Edition's. They're lower than normal H&R Sports (which are perfect for me, but everyone says I should be lower), but have the same rates.

I have a friend with Skunk2 coils on his GS-R and I like it. I drove it and I think it drives nice for both straights and corners. Keeps it low in the summer and raises it in the winter.

Does anyone else think Skunk2 is a bad choice? I posted for opinions. I could change my mind.

Edit- Also I don't want anything really expensive. I know my parents said it's my b-day present but I don't want to rape their bank account either lol.

Eran's Skunk2s were so rought that they hurt. Seriously. I have some back spasms from an accident I had a few years ago. The stiff ride hurt my back. Then whenever I have a headache it's excrutiatingly painful.
