Headlight Conversion

Looking to replace the headlight lamps on my 2019 Civic EX Sedan. I want to upgrade to LED's but don't know where to start. I see low beam and high beam, hb11... hb3... From what research (if you can call it that) that I've done I believe it may be hb3?
Also will this affect the auto-dimming function, lane assist, adaptive cruise or anything like that? Thanks!

Try H11 and H3. Found any ANY Auto parts store, Walmart, or RockAuto.

I’m a big fan of the LEDs from factory on my touring. I would go that route if you can find them for a reasonable price.
