So my car won't start. It doesn't kick when i turn my key. I can push start it though. I replaced the ignition switch. Still doesn't work. The starter works fine because I took it out and tested it. I cant seem to figure out the problem. Its a 99 Civic SI.

Have you checked for spark and fuel? Does your fuel pump prime when you turn it to the last position?

Hmm... Well if your car is getting spark and fuel... What happens when you turn your key to turn it on? Does it make any sound at all? How old is your battery?

Also check your clutch safety switch and the little black plug on top of your transmission (I forget the name of it but it slides on horizontally). It can slide off randomly on its own and doesn't allow your car to be started if it's not hooked up.

It makes a click sound coming from the fuse box. It's from the "Motor Heater Relay" It shakes when I turn the key.
