Help with dome light fuse 91 civic

Hey, I'm new here. I just bought a 91 civic hatchback base model about a month ago. I went to drive one night, and I noticed that my dome light wasn't coming on. I checked the fuse and it was blown. So, I replaced it. I started the car and the dome light stopped coming on. The fuse blew again within minutes of replacing. And a few nights ago I replaced it again. I haven't drove it for a bit. I came back and saw that my dome light was working fine. It just blew again after starting the ignition.

Any suggestion on how to fix this? Thanks in advanced.

It also has an aftermarket radio and push button start, courtesy of the previous owner. I want to return that back to stock.

Find where it is shorting out and repair the wiring. My guess is the PO hacked up the wiring and it is touching somewhere.

I'm gonna check in the morning most likely. You think it could be the push button? Cause it only seems to blow when I'm starting the car.
