Hey im new just need help with my civic please

I just bought a 95 civic coupe idk if it's dx ex or si it don't say. But it has a d15b2 in it with a p28 ecu. Idk if that's the problem, can the p28 run my engine fine? Sometime in 1st and 2nd gear taking off it will run like s**t bouncing up and down but when it hit high rpm in 2nd it quits and every morning I'll go warm it up and I have to keep my foot on petal at 1000-1500 rims till it's warm or it will die and not start for hours unless I push start it. Someone please help me
