Why would you tell them to search google when the answer is most likely on this forum. Or perhaps instead of telling someone to to google the answer, why not take you time and google it for them, post the link and be helpful instead of a helpless comment....
As for the OP.
#5 would be for optional equipment that is most likely not installed on your car, Perhaps fog lights or something like that. You can use a test light or multimeter to see if that socket has power or not. Then you can just use a fuse to close the circuit. There are pluggable fuses with a wire link to provide power to your camera. Most people tend to use the Cigarette/12v power outlet with a USB adapter inserted for accessory power for devices such as dash cams.
