How much power gain will i get with 4-2-1 header, and cold air for an Em1?

i wouldnt even do a CAI they the filters get dirty really quickly just get a K&N drop in filter

you will see differences in throttle response, that is for sure!
don't even worry about numbers, unless your a number freak.

You'll gain about 12 like they said, probably, but (not to be a d**k) but you're not 'gaining' hp, you just not 'loosing' hp...know what I mean? The HP was there all along but the factory designs were restricting it for one reason or another.
