Recently I have been very interested in a (what I think is) neglected EM1 around were is live. It is in electron blue, has the Si front bumper, side skirts, wing, and badge. I'm assuming VIN is the last thing I need to confirm whether it is an actual Si. I say its neglected because it has been parked on the curb since January of this year, according to google street view. My question is how I go about purchasing this car. I've left a note on the windshield but it hasn't been noticed yet for almost 2 weeks now. This person has owned multiple 5th gen civics as well as a 90's prelude, all gone now. If I do manage to convince to owner to sell me the car what should I look out for? Thanks
