Keep the rims. Just get tint and buy springs for your car use the stock struts for now if you can't afford new ones and drop it around 1.5 to 2 inches.

thanks for the comments, i dont think the rims are too bad, theyre 16s and i think the car would look decent if lowered. but the rims came with the car so i'm not complaining at the mo lol. those style of rims seem to be pretty popular over here, see em all over the place on hondas!
