I need help with putting together a turbo for my b16a on my em1!:O

Can someone please help me figure out what parts I would need to get in order to turbo charge my car? I'm a noob and still learning .i have a 1999 Honda civic si . And everything is bone stock. Any help would be sweet! I want to try and get about 3-400 horses out of my civic . Thanks !
