Check this out guys! It's a petition to exempt vehicles that are considered lev or zev to be exempt from smog, even if you modified your vehicle to burn e85 you would be exempt. Register and sign it!

I personally didnt sign, no smog here and Im not running e85 in my daily . Still never hurts to read and help fellow gearheads go faster thanks to no smog.
