Immobilizer activated doesn't recognize my original key car.

I have 2006 Honda Civic hybrid immobilizer won't allow to start car only unlock doors.key was working untill my main battery needed jump start now blinging green. light on dash no crank . When I turn key off blinking green light stays on 5 seconds then goes off
Does anyone know how to fix

If its not the fuse than sounds like the Immobilizer system dumped the key programming. The dealer can fix this but you most likely going to have to tow the car to the dealer.

Try your valet key if you still have it.
