Intake manifold swap

Hello people, im looking to swap an d16z6 or a d16y8 intake manifold onto my ej9 d14a3 so i can hook up a new wiring harness, (obd1), does the aftermarket intake manifolds usually have the same components like, fuel pressure regulator, as an oem one for the original d16 engines? And what else would i need to swap it.

for what u need it for?
it will be easier to put cold air intake with the pipe

That's ridiculous and makes no sense to put a CAI on it when the entire d14 intake manifold is much more restrictive than that of a y8 or z6.
