Intercooler w/ A/C?

I have a 99 civic ex coupe, I was wondering if you can put in a intercooler without taking out your A/C? I've had people say I have to and I was just wonder..

There are plenty of people out there that are boosted and are still retaining their AC units.

generally the manifold/turbo are in the way of the a/c bracket if not an a/c friendly setup.

if you look at you car for about 20 mins you can figure out a way to run piping around your condenser.
