hi guys, new here and to the honda world. have a 95 civic ex coupe 1.6. was tracing down a intermittent non starting problem. in my search i took the computer out and noticed the resister(?) is burnt. number R135 on the p28 ecu. found something about it connected to a interlock control unit. what is this? cant really find anything about it. have seen a pic of it, thays about it. car is an auto btw....would appreciate any help.
