Is 09 Civic affected by Cracked Engine Block

I was looking at a mint 09 Civic auto, is 09 affected by the cracked engine block? I read 06-09 had the problem but some people say 09 didn't have that problem. Can anybody help me out here and clear this up? cause if 09 have the cracked engine block I will just buy a 2010. Thanks!

The 09 did not have the extended engine warranty for the cracked block 06-07 were the problem years

some 9s were included in the extended warrenty.

A few of the very early 09's but 95% of them were ok
