Is the price of $25000 for a 2012 Honda Civic ok?

I am planning to buy a 2012 Honda civic, I see information that it will cost about $ 25000, is the daily price expensive compared to an old car? I plan to give it to my son to go to regular school. Can anyone advise me on how to do it?

Link the sale of the car, and yes a 10 year old Honda Civic over $6-8k is expensive.

Considering I just bought out my lease on my 2018 Audi A4 for $26k, I would say that $25k for a civic 6 years older is way too much. It should definitely be under $10k.
