Issues with pairing Bluetooth on my 2017 Honda Civic

Hi guy,

I just got a new Honda last night and I'm trying to pair my Bluetooth and having some issues. I've gone through the setup a bunch of times and I keep getting the message that says that my phone is connected, but the message on the screen of the car says "no device connected" and it won't play any of my music or anything. Advice from anyone?

What phone do you have?
Maybe try unpairing both the stereo and the phone, reboot both the phone and headunit then re-pair
If that doesn't work, try the Honda service department?
