If ever a username fit the owner, mugengirl is the case. Having owned her si for two years, mugengirl has seen her car transform from a bone stock car to one drenched in mugen parts. The mod list for this car seems repetitive with the word mugen infront of almost every part listed. Mugen parts cover everything from dress up oil and radiator caps to a strut bar and header. Along with a 5 lug itr conversion, every aspect of this car has been addressed one way or another. Not suprisingly, several more mugen parts are in the plans for this coupe. One decision yet to be made is whether to slap on a supercharger or go with the ever more popular "All-motor". Which ever road mugengirl decides to take, she says it will have to wait until the funds come in.

What sets this car apart from the rest, besides the devotion to mugen, is mugengirl's gender. In a hobby where males make up most of the enthusiasts, finding a female with such determination is very rare. WIth the help of her boyfriend, mugengirl does all the work on the car herself. Besides enjoying working on her own car, another reason she does all the work is her lack of trust of anyone working on her car (except maybe to put tires on her wheels). Also noteworthy is that this car gets put to use. Not only does mugengirl enter the si into car shows and track days, this car gets put to the test of daily driving. In the two years mugengirl has owned this car she has put almost 50 thousand miles into it. With a combination of looks, power, and all forms of driving this owner-car combination is definately deserving of clubcivic's June ride of the month title.

Very nice ride, you can tell she put some time and effort into her ride and the outcome is off the hook. Congrats and good luck!
