How can I make my horn function on a quick release?I berly installed my removal steering wheel and I don't know how to make it work....itts a 93 civic...

I'm assuming you bought an NRG quick release? If so, here's a How-To on how to make the horn work with one:

I'm assuming the install should be the same for any other quick release.
