Knocking Noise Help?

Hey all.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what could cause this knocking noise i hear.
When I start the car, there is a single knock under the car right between the driver and passenger seat, dead center.
If i accelerate and change gears too fast it will knock again same spot. If I have too low RPMs the knock will turn into a continous knock over and over, same spot again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Went through that, then two weeks after that, my transmission took a s**t. Had my transmission replaced and I don’t hear it anymore.

Post the car information and check the motor and transmission mounts.

You didn't mention the year and model Civic or whether the car has been modified. Did you just purchase the car or are you the first owner. Some background information can help with diagnostics.

Oh sorry haha. I'm the third owner, it has a non stock exhaust (not sure what kind) and it's a 2003 honda civic si hatchback.
