There are accessories that you can buy from Oxygen Audio that turn it into a hands free deal so you can used the phone over your stereo system to make/receive calls. Pretty pimp unit. Would have installed it in my new car but I put in a double din nav unit instead. THIS ONLY WORKS WITH IPHONE 3g, 4, and 4s and iPod touch (pre lightning cable) NOT iPhone 5 or newer!
