Moving to Tucson, az

Hi I don't know where else to ask so I will ask here. I'm gonna be moving from California to Tucson, az with my 2000 ex coupe. Does anyone know the smog requirements and if my headers will be a issue. Also I have a obd2b-obd1 harness going to a p28 ecu. Just trying to find out what I need to do to pass if I need to put my stock ecu in or whatever etc.

Ahhhhhhhhh ok. I searched up tucson smog requirements. Because in yuma, az you don't even need to smog. And in tucson it's required.

It state's that anything can be modified on your engine. So I'm guessing I'm gonna need to put my stock ecu back in though. Still reading to find out if they do a tail pipe only test.

Yep. Will the CEL stay on when you install the stock P2P ECU?

No, it'll be fine. It was off when I installed it. I'll probably have to put a new downstream o2 sensor if anything.
