My Compressor blew out, is it still safe to drive? Please help!

My AC compressor blew out so my AC isn't working. When I do turn on my AC my entire engine starts shaking violently.
I can see the AC Freon leaked out of from my compressor

Is it safe to drive my car still as long as I don't turn on my AC? If so will it damage the belt?
Is it safe to use the heater even with the compressor damaged?
Should I remove the compressor fuse from the fuse box?

I'm fairly a newb when it comes to car mechanical stuff and sadly this is going to cost a lot of money to get fixed which I don't have currently.

Any help with these questions would greatly be appreciated! Thank you!

When my compressor died on me, I picked up a belt for a civic without A/C and swapped with my normal belt. It will bypass the compressor and allow all other accessories normal function.
