Heres pics of my cruiser car, 1961 VW.
I was also just wondering if you guys could give me an estimate as to what you think it would be worth.
I see so many of these things for sale anywhere from 3,000 to 12,000.

Yes, it only has 40 hp....but hey "Whats the Rush, Man?" lol. It's a blast to drive.
Tell me what ya guys think!

You'd probably have better luck with a reliable price on a VW site.

I'd trade you my motorcycle for it. So I'd value it around $2000.

However, beetle fans will pay much more than I'm willing to.

Oh yeah. Fires up and runs every time. I've done mostly engine and electrical work on it, Rebuilding carbureator and such. I will admit tho, It would help it to have a new paint job. The previous owner let it sit forever and the paint on the roof is bubbling, but that's the only major exterior problem. I try not to drive it too far of distances myself. Just around the neighborhood and too and from work every once in a while.

you should put a webber kit on that V Dub :thumbs up
Yeah, for as much as a webber kit is though, I could drop a bigger motor in it.
