the engine. the type r has the same engine as the rsx type-s. the si has the same engine as the base rsx.

i raced an 02 Si on the highway last week. at 60 mph starting in 3rd gear with his A/C off and mine on, he walked away from me pretty good. but then i realized my A/C was on so i turned it off and we ran again. i downshifted first, then he shifted a split second later, and it was a good 5 seconds before he even started moving past me. even then, it was real close. we stopped at about 120 mph. the A/C may have not been a major factor though, maybe it was just my driving that made me suck so bad the first time we ran. but those new Si's are daaaamn quick IMO!
