Need help with my 95 civic hatch corner lights!

So im new to this site, never been part of a forum. But i need help.
So i have a 1995 civic eg hatch, and the corner lights dont blink when i use my turn signal.
Like ill turn the light switch once, and the amber corner lights turn on, then i flip the switch again (twice) and the headlights turn on along with the corner lights staying on. But when i put my turn signal on, neither the right or left blinker works. what can this be? i replaced bulbs, the fuse. Someone said on facebook it could be a relay, or the hazard switch is stuck some how butmy hazard switch works, but only the back hazards blink, the front dont. and someone else said it could be the signal switch on the column. please help.

I would check the flasher unit and the hazard relay under the hood.

alright so i found the relay. I took it out and no blinkers or hazards work, obviously. But when i put it back in everything work except the front blinkers still, so do you think i need to replace the relay?
