NEED HELP!

I just recently bought a 91 civic lx sedan with a stock d15b2 and it won't crank over. I bought a new battery due to it not having one so I could see where to start. I go to crank it and I head a continuous buzzing noise that seems to be coming from the main relay under the dash. Could someone tell me what this is?

Ditto.
I would look into getting another main relay, they are pretty common to go bad.

When you turn the car to the "on" position, can you hear the fuel pump come on?
