need help

l recently swapped a b16 into my 4 door ek and im havin a problem passing smog.l had a check engine light 4 an o2 sensor and i changed them both l have a brand new cat and i have dc 4-1 headers and an ingen intake both carb approved but my emmissions are way high wut should i do?

is the cat a new factory one, or some high flow test pipe? because an aftermarket race cat will f*ck your your emissions, also my friend had to put a 1993+ DOHC del sol intake manifold and throttle body on to smog his B16, also you can take it to the ref, they will tell you everything you need to do!

its an stock si cat and i took it 2 ref and they dont noe wuts wrong with it either ive been there three times and failed all three

Go to AutoZone and get the exact code. I can look it up exactly what the problem is. I have the shop manual in my garage and on my computer. The code starts with a P and then a number. When you get the code from your check engine light, it's more of a general idea of whats going on.
