Need instructions to replace oil pump seals

I have 01 Honda Civic LX 1.7 non v tech sohc, and my oil pump is leaking, looking for instructions to replace it.

Crank bolt not fun but got it off, but had my timing belt tensioner bolt come loose, it had been stripped out by previous owner, my question is what's the best and easy way of fixing it.

It's leaking on the top right side, where that o ring is, what's ur thoughts about the timing belt tensioner bolt hole being stripped out.

No never ran out of oil, it has 254000 miles and probably has never been changed, I can have pics tomorrow..

Isnt that break in, 2nd oil change period... lol thats up there check compression as stated and seals are prob tired.. love seeing 1/4 million mile motors, my work van 04 chevy ls 4.8 has 310k got it with 80k 4yrs ago..
