NO DTCs or FREEZE frame , engine light flashing and srs

Ok , first shot on posting but this is my second or third swap and I've never ran into so much trouble I bought a 99 wi with a previous b16b swap in it obd2b jumper too obd2 I'm trying.too run my b18a1 with p30 I have map sensor just recently wired secondary o2 sensor dicect too ecu and did cps bypass , running stock 99 sir ecu unchipped I removed all lights, car read no dtcs or freeze frame data : s no running.rough I've checked all wiring
