got a friend who's having trouble with his car:
the ride is a 98 civic Dx with a B16a swap, the problem? No fire, got fuel and air, no spark. Changed the ignitor...no dice. Figured if he was in there he might as well do it all. Cap, button, coil, wires, plugs (BTW, this is a brand new Dizzy, not 600 miles as of yet...but stock) all replaced with after market. Still nothing, all 3 sensors in the Dizzy read fine, no problem. Move on to ECU, thought it was burnt, so tried the ECU in a buddies car, and his starts fine! Checked all easy wiring, at the plugs on the Dizzy, the main harness was cut when he bought it, went back through and checked it all (connections and correct wiring), double checked the grounds for the motor (even added two more), last thought is the connector harness, but cant come up with a logical reason (or finances) that it would all the sudden die out and go buy another one. Anyone have any ideas, it would greatly be appriciated...
