Overheating issue

Hello, I have an on going issue with my 05 civic keeps overheating I have changed the radiator, coolant pump, thermostat, coolant switch and relay for the fan. I can travel on the highway but when I stop it overheats only thing I can think of is head gasket? Any help would be great thanks

I would have actually done some trouble shooting before throwing all those parts and money at it first....
