I am working on my 96 Honda Civic era code P 1509. So I replaced the control module. That took care of the idol going up and down. But now I don’t know it I know it’s a little under 1100 RPMs and it’s supposed to be lower than that so I will not pass smog. They said it had an internal vacuum a leak there are no vacuum leaks on the hoses i’m glad the rain or coolant system. And it doesn’t look like this car has the high speed I don’t valve which everyone talks about on the Internet. So where do I go next to lower my idol. And the throttle cable returns to the proper position
