^^ all that and you still use ebay charge piping??
Oh there is a difference between eBay charge pipes and non eBay charge pipes. Please enlighten me. I mean I love spending 5 times as much for the same thing as well

As for tunes, it's currently tuned at 10 psi ( for initial tune), once I finish up a few more things it will get changed up to about 30

There is a difference because most of the piping off eBay will just soak up the heat produced and the air passing through the piping will be passing through a hot pipe resulting in hot air entering the motor, defeats the purpose of an intercooler. That's why the people who build good kits use piping like piping that'll stay cool. When's the last time you saw a drag car use cheap thing piping? Not saying your car is a drag car but it would probably help to bring colder air in and keep the heat out.

The only way that would be a true statement would be that the metals density was different. Some people use silicone piping. I suppose could paint the piping with a heat resistant paint that would possible lower the air temperature some.

Let me ask you this do rubber hoses for radiators soak a lot of heat? Does that defeat the purpose of a radiator? Unfortunately Honda ( or any other manufacturer) hasn't come up with a sensor to read and report intake air tempatures. Oh wait they have. Take your jump to conclusion mat elsewhere.

can you elaborate more on what the differences are (material properties, wall thickness, etc.) between ebay piping and "good piping that will stay cool"? Not hating at all i'm actually kind of curious. I took heat transfer in college so i would like to get to the bottom of this scientifically
