Hello all! Thank you in advance for any and all replies.
I have a 2000 Civic EX with power mirrors. The switch has never worked from the day I bought it, so today I was tinkering with it to see if it is a switch issue or a wiring issue. And honestly, I’m baffled.
I have the service manual with the pin out of the wires and neither option listed matches the colors and layout I have in the vehicle. A google search revealed that the colors I have match a JDM wiring harness. Does anyone have a copy of the JDM pin out?
Also, after I had given up and put it all back together it started actuating my electric door locks?? I have the door lock switch unplugged for an unrelated issue. How is this possible? I’m guessing these are an add on by a previous owner and something in the wiring is jacked.
