Previous Exterior Damage, any tips?

I am still new to fixing the exterior of my car. I need to know the best way to go about fixing these minor bumper issues. It's not that noticeable when looking at the car from a distance but I am kinda anal about my Civic so if there are any people that can walk me through how to fix these little bumper issues I would really appreciate it.

For the front bumper there should be a screw that connects it to the fender, on the side closer to the wheel... It might need to be tightend from the looks of it and for the splash gaurd there should be a screw that connects it to the under side up the bumper where it over laps underneath
