Radiator fan not coming on

My 93 hatch fan isn't coming on when car reaches temp which is causing it to over heat.

I checked the fan and I could turn the fan on by jumping all of the switches.

I changed the thermostat, temp switch, fan switch, relay and all the fuses are good. What could be causing this?

If you have bypassed the radiator fan switch and the fan kicked in, then I suspect your new switch to be defective. I've replace many of these switches and in my last experience when through 3 aftermarket switches before going to the dealer and purchasing an original switch; otherwise, fan should kick in.
