My stock radio was damaged so I bought a replacement off ebay. It powers on okay but it asks to hold the power button for more than two seconds to start. Doing that switches the screen to AUDIO OFF. From there the messages repeat.
Has anyone run into this issue? I was expecting it to ask for a code but this is all I’m getting. Hoping it’s something simple.
