Rear suspension lifted

I just recently got a coupe, I started to do a little work to it and now the rear end of the car is lifted when it should be lowered. I replaced the rear shocks with some KYBs and installed some Tru hart springs. The front do the car is slammed lol. I am trying to figure out what is the issue. Possibly the trailing arm bushings? I think it’s possibly the rear springs are upside down. The part where the coil comes closer together is up top, but would that not Let the car lower? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys.

Pictures of the installed suspension would be helpful. Sounds as if you did not set the ride height correctly. The coil springs should NOT be progressive. They should be of a square design where the top and bottom has the same outer diameter.
