17's are way too big. 15's are a hair too small for me. I think 16's look PERFECT on 96-00's. I wouldn't get anything else other than a 16" for my car (unless I was going to put drag radials on of course).

They will look awful, get like 22's. That would be different.....:thumbs up

17s are horrendous. And most likely they will rub unless you're monster truck status. Keep it 15-16

I feel like this topic has been brought up SO MANY TIMES.

I rolled on 17's in my 98 and I was tucking tire slightly with them and it looked pretty good in my opinion. tires just got to expensive lol. also I only rubbed when the wheels were turned all the way to the lock

I feel like this topic has been brought up SO MANY TIMES.
Like mentioned above, tires will rub if the car is lowered. I had 17's on my old sedan. I learned from my past experience not to do it again.
