id say stiff. all the way. but then again im running skunk2 pro s and they are pretty stiff and i prefer it. in the end it wont matter much if you dump it. your springs will matter mostly i would say. i havent paid attention to what your suspension is that your running. i just was here to support the low.

150 for an alignment? id keep looking

if you're riding low youll need the damperrs at a stiff setting or else they will operate too slowly for that height. Like everyone said so far, you dont need a camber kit unless you are simply reducing the camber angle. Out of spec toe angle is horrible on tires.

its not rely worth it unless you constantly lowering or changing suspension...right

^^ LOL @ Honda people, always looking for ways to save a few nickels and dimes. :lol::lol:

Im always messing with my suspension so its a plus for me. But it also helps to get aligned every time you get new tires, or if you accidentally hit a curb yadda yadda.
