Actually its OBDII B
96-98 = OBDII A
99-00 = OBDII B

what can be done to this ecu as far as chipping? can it be chipped or do you have to get another ecu?

If you want to chip i would say get a OBD1 ecu.. p28, 94 p72 ecu..

NOTHING can be done w/ obd2 except for a piggyback like emanage or something
