i currently have a 96 2dr civic with a full buddy club body kit. this kid will sell me his whole 99 si front hood, fenders, bumper, lip, and headlights for 600. should i keep the kit or do the conversion. if i do the conversion i am going to repaint 6the car gunmetal gray. will the si front bolt right on?

heres my car now let me know what you guys think about the preice and if i should stay with the kit or do the conversion.

conversions are cool...but i like where your car is. i think youve done a good job. bask in it and think of more mods to make it complete

Not a big fan of the body kit. I like the look of the si much better. It's your car though, do what you want.

in my opinion, you should do the conversion. the parts will bolt up as if they were meant to be there. and i don't think $600 is bad. plus, you can sell the parts you take off to people in need of replacements for their wrecked or mis-shaped ones. :thumbs up:

the Si style will especially look great in that dark grey color! :D

let us know what you decide to do.

the canadian Si's are a little different than the ones in the U.S. i believe they are a little bit closer to comparison with the U.S. EX's. just ask abej6, we discussed it a while back.

I think you should go ahead and do it. You could ebay your stock set up, and your body kit on EBAY or something and make all your money back and have a 99-00 looking civic!

Well,

I believe JDM is worth it. I have a 2000 hatch and I added the SI front lip. I got it and the SI grill from majestic honda at wholesale prices at:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

Below is the front end of my hatch:

Just go with the conversion! You'll be happy you did.
