My 00 civic sedan wont start but it's not the battery , alternator , fuse , starter etc. I know for a fact my water pump is bad so I have a new waiting to be installed. But , theres a weird grinding noise coming from the water pump side . Idk what it could be. Please help me, I have a video to show.
