Sunroof malfunction: 7th gen

Sunroof tilt is stuck open and switch is blinking red. No noise from motor and it wont open or close. Help!

Test each component (e.g. motor, switch, tracks).

You can manually close your sunroof there is a little plastic button in the middle of your ceiling. Pop it off and there should be a tool that looks like an oversized Allen key in the little black bag in trunk with jack and lug wrench. Put key in hole in ceiling and turn counter clockwise this will close it.
